Two years ago we took the kids on the Hiawatha bike trail and they LOVED it!!! When we did it Kaden rode a trail-a-bike (a one wheeler bike hooked on to Jake's Dad's bike) and Jake pulled the girls in the trailer. This year we have been training for the kids to ride the Hiawatha a little different. This time Kaden will ride all by himself, and Saige and Aspynn will both ride the trail-a-bike's.
Our first training ride we took the kids on an 11 mile ride (Aspynn rode in the trailer this time and HATED it!!) and they did AWESOME!!!

Kaden is borrowing a bike from some of our friends because it is a lot easier to ride a bike with gears when riding for as long as we are

I pulled Aspynn on the trail-a-bike. She is sooooo funny.....she talks non-stop the WHOLE time you ride!! It is hilarious!!!
Jake pulled Saige on the other trail-a-bike. He calls her a "little motor".
