Aug 6 ~ From Wolf To Woof The Story of Dogs

While we were driving my Mom asked if the kids would want to stop at the Museum of Idaho in Idaho Falls because they were doing a dog exhibit. I asked the kids and they were really excited!!! If you know anything about my kids, you know that they LOVE dogs!!!!

Kaden in front of the arctic fox
Kaden loved these dogs that on one side looked normal with skin and fur etc. and on the other you could see the inside of the dog (the bones etc.)

Aspynn trying to see how big the dogs skull is

Then we went to the kids room and the girls were sooooo excited to sit on this horse

They thought it was really cool!!!

They had puppets

And little rooms with tiny rocking chairs and tables and chairs etc.

The kids loved it!!!

They really liked putting the antlers on their heads

These are the cutest deer I have ever seen (and we see A LOT of deer around here)

On the way out Kaden finally decided he wasn't "too cool" to sit on the fake horse

This part of the exhibit was really cool.....you could look in these two eyes to see what a person would see vs. what a dog would see. There was another one that you could push a button to smell what a person would smell a week after a piece of bacon was dropped on the floor and then picked up vs what a dog would smell. It was AMAZING!!!

Aspynn really liked this dog
My Saigee just LOVES chiwawa's so here she is loving on the fake tiny chiwawa
Aspynn talking to the dog....she is soooo funny!!!
We had a great time, but the kids were ready to hurry up and get to Grandma's house!!!
